What to do if you have feedback to give about After-Care services?

A good place to start is to speak to the person you have been dealing with as they will know about the problem.

If you would still like to make complaint, there are a number of ways to do this.

  • Talk to our staff. They will try to fix your complaint on the spot.

  1. Phoning 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or TTY 133 677. Interpreters can be arranged.
  2. Contacting the National Relay Service and ask for 1800 035 544.

Home Care Package recipients can contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission by;
